Key Terms & Coverage
These terms apply to all Power Protect Preventative Maintenance Annual Plans offered by Power Rooter Sewer & Drain Experts.

Plan Term & Coverage
Power Protect plans are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the first completed service visit. Each plan includes a set number of scheduled main sewer line cleanings per year, as outlined in the selected plan (three cleanings for Power Basic; four cleanings for Power Plus and Power Secure). Services apply to the main sewer line only (trap-in and trap-out where accessible). Unused services do not roll over beyond the plan term.

Service Scheduling & Availability
Services are performed Sunday through Friday during regular business hours and needs to be scheduled in advance. Visits may be scheduled within two (2) weeks before or after the service date. If Power Rooter attempts to schedule service and does not receive a response, the visit may be forfeited.

Access Requirements
The customer has to provide clear access to the main clean-out area. If access is blocked, buried, or inaccessible, service may be delayed and additional charges may apply.

Scope of Service
Each plan includes a number of scheduled main sewer line snaking services (trap-in and trap-out) to prevent blockages and maintain flow

Camera Inspections
Camera inspections are diagnostic tools only and do not guarantee future pipe condition. Under Power Basic and Power Plus, camera inspections are optional add-ons.

Power Secure Plan – Camera Inspection
For customers enrolled in the Power Secure Plan, a camera inspection is required at the first visit and is included in the plan. The sewer line has to be verified as clear by camera inspection in order for the service guarantee to apply.

Exclusions: Coverage does not apply to issues caused by wipes, rags, paper towels, clothing, foreign objects, misuse, severe weather, flooding, municipal sewer issues, or structural pipe defects, including broken, collapsed, offset, bellied pipes, or back-pitched pipes.

Payment, Transferability & Liability: Full payment is due at enrollment. Plans are non-transferable and apply only to the serviced property and covered sewer line. Power Rooter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the scope of preventative maintenance services.

Guarantee Note: The Full-Year Service Guarantee applies only after an initial camera inspection confirms a clean, serviceable sewer line. Guarantee covers only service during regular business hours.
