How do I schedule my service visits?
Once you're enrolled, call us or request a visit any time through your Customer Portal. We'll coordinate a window that works for you, and every visit is logged to your Rooter Record.
What areas do you service?
All five NYC boroughs, lower Westchester County, and northern New Jersey (Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson and Union counties).
What happens if I miss a scheduled visit?
No problem — just reach out and we'll reschedule. Your plan's included visits stay available throughout your plan year.
When are maintenance services available?
Maintenance visits are scheduled during regular service hours; plan members get priority same-day dispatch for emergencies.
What's included in the camera inspection add-on?
An HD camera inspection of your main line with footage saved to your Rooter Record. Basic and Plus customers who add it receive a full 12-month guarantee.
How long is the plan valid?
Power Protect plans are annual. They cover the included cleanings, testing and discounts for a full 12 months.
What is the 90-day service guarantee?
If the same line we serviced backs up within 90 days, we return and make it right at no extra cost. Power Secure extends this to a full-year service guarantee.
