After signing up, you’ll receive reminders via phone or email. Visits can be scheduled within two weeks before or after your recommended maintenance date. You can also always give us a call to schedule. We are happy to assist you.

We currently service all 5 boroughs in NYC. Including Brooklyn, The Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. We also service locations in Lower Westchester County such as; Yonkers, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Pelham Manor, Larchmont and more. More locations coming soon. Stay Tuned!

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and missing a scheduled visit may happen. We kindly ask for your responsibility in keeping appointments, as it helps us serve you and others efficiently. Please note that we reserve the right to skip your maintenance service until the next scheduled one or to apply a service charge.

Maintenance services are available Sunday through Friday during regular business hours. However, we will try to accommodate to your schedule to the best of our ability.

Our camera inspection service includes a detailed video recording of the interior of your pipes. One of our experienced experts will thoroughly review the footage to identify and diagnose any visible issues, ensuring you receive a clear and accurate assessment of your plumbing system.

The plan remains active for 12 months from the date of the first service.

Our 3-month service guarantee ensures that if an issue reoccurs within three months of a service, we will provide a follow-up service at no additional cost, For more information, please see terms and conditions of the Power Protect Service Agreement.
